4.Food Ordering and Delivery

    When you place an order through the Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your order, including but not limited to the items you wish to purchase, delivery address, and payment details. You are responsible for reviewing your order before confirming it. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount due, including any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and tips.

    You can add funds to your Bhagi’s Vantillu Wallet through various accepted payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or other supported payment gateways. The funds added to your Wallet are held in a virtual account and are not redeemable for cash, unless specifically stated. The amount you add to your Wallet will be available for use immediately after the transaction is processed.
  3. Using Your Wallet
    Once funds are available in your Wallet, you can use them to pay for eligible services and products offered through the Bhagi’s Vantillu platform. The amount required for your order will be deducted from your Wallet balance at the time of checkout.   8. No Interest or Value on Wallet Funds
    Funds stored in your Wallet do not earn interest or accrue any value, and you are not entitled to any form of monetary compensation for the funds stored in the Wallet. The funds are simply a method to facilitate payment for the Services.
  9. Suspension or Termination of Wallet
    Bhagi’s Vantillu reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Wallet account if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violations of the Terms of Service. In such cases, any remaining balance in the Wallet may be forfeited, and you may be subject to legal actions or penalties, depending on the severity of the violation.
  10. Transfer and Withdrawal Restrictions
    You may not transfer funds from your Wallet to other users or withdraw funds from the Wallet to an external bank account unless explicitly supported by Bhagi’s Vantillu. The Wallet is intended for use solely within the Bhagi’s Vantillu Services.

22. Carrier Rates May Apply
